Complimentary shipping within NZ, couriered with signature.
All purchases are shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.
Please allow 5-7 business days for goods to arrive.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of pre-loved and vintage jewellery, returns or exchanges for change of mind are generally not accepted. We encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to purchase — including condition, sizing, or resizing enquiries — and we’re happy to hold items while we assist.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to discuss a return, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved.
If a return is agreed upon:
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
All return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the item is received and confirmed to be in its original condition, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
